From its origins as the dining hall for the Vicars Choral to its modern day use for weddings and events, Bedern Hall has always been a place to meet and eat. Our courtyard cafe and garden terrace can be enjoyed as part of your visit, or accessed separately from the medieval hall.
The cafe is open from 19th May from 10.30am to 4.00pm every day.
In line with Government guidance, we will be operating a table service. More details will follow prior to reopening. Please read our Cafe customer guidelines. We have worked hard on making sure we provide a safe experience for you and for our staff and have put some measures in place on social distancing, safety and health & hygiene.
We serve a full range of sandwiches, panini, platters and sweet treats. Our bar is open serving specially selected wines and local beers. Freshly made coffees and speciality teas and a home-made scone served on our terrace make a great morning ritual.
Served in the historic surroundings of Bedern Hall, Afternoon Tea at Bedern Hall is the perfect opportunity for friends and family to get together and celebrate that special occasion.
